Portsmouth arrest on YouTube causes stir

PORTSMOUTH — A video of a Monday night arrest posted on the Internet with a headline and narrative accusing city patrolmen of assaulting a woman “doesn’t seem to back up what happened,” said Police Chief Lou Ferland.
